MY LABORATORY

Inside these four walls I study, experiment and bake.

It is situated in a unique location, surrounded by the hills and countryside in the hinterland of Brescia. It’s a sanctuary for my creativity.

Here I also produce my acacia and chestnut honey.

I keep and look after my beehives outside the laboratory. Thanks to these green hills and the area’s biodiversity, I capture the taste of nature in precious golden pots.

No other workplace is like mine.

My workplace is in acacia and chestnut woods. It is special and romantic , giving inspiration to my everyday work.

Many products on sale in the company outlet.

I also make delicious packaged small leavened dough products. They are free from chemical preservatives and flavoured with my own honey.

Only top quality products are used for my products.

I firmly believe that an excellent product can only be achieved by using first class ingredients. In my kitchen I only use specially chosen flour, home produced honey, top quality ingredients from the finest suppliers.

My bees, my honey

The honey I use in my products is what really distinguishes them. It’s produced in the garden and is a result of time and dedication. By using it in my recipes at AL 71 my honey adds an extra taste and personality to panettone, pandoro and bossolà.
