I’ve been interested in and learning the art of bakery products since 1994
I spent my childhood in my parents’ bakery, watching them knead and produce all kinds of bakery products. Today, AL 71 is my very own workplace where I create my products. My main aim is to create genuine leavened dough products made from only top-quality ingredients.
Outside my workplace there is my apiary where I produce my own honey which I use in all my products to give them that unmistakable honey flavour.
