Refund policy

Since they are food products, our products are exempt from return.

Refunds are given in the following cases:

• the article delivered to the customer fails to correspond to the article ordered. The product must not be opened please look on the packaging to see if the label corresponds to the article ordered;

• once opened the product proves to be in bad state of degradation. If this is the case you must contact us as soon as possible.
