Classic Artisan Panettone
Sale
Classic panettone from Brescia.
This special kind of Christmas sweet bread originated in Milan. With the touch of Brescia it is covered with a layer of frosting. It takes a long time to work and rise. This is an artisan speciality created at AL 71, enhanced with home produced honey.
Before eating the panettone it’s best to keep it at room temperature (at least 20° C) for 2-3 hours so the flavours can emerge.
